Spring Water vs. Purified Water

A Neighbor stopped by and asked, what is the difference between Spring Water and Purified Water?

Neighbors, we get this question a lot at the store, so let’s break it down!

Spring Water comes straight from an underground natural spring and keeps its naturally occurring minerals — that’s what gives it a slightly distinct, rounder taste.

Purified Water can start from any water source, but goes through a process (like reverse osmosis or distillation) that strips out minerals and impurities for a clean, neutral taste. It’s also our go-to recommendation for CPAP machines, since mineral-free water keeps equipment running smoothly.

Bottom line:

Spring water = natural minerals & flavor.

Purified water = ultra-clean & neutral.

MaDeWater Gives Back: Donating 120 Bottles of Water

At MaDeWater – The Water Store, our mission extends beyond providing quality bottled water. We are committed to supporting the people, organizations, and communities that make North Alabama a wonderful place to live.

We were honored to donate 120 bottles of water to The Church at Stone River in support of one of their community events. It was a privilege to partner with a local church that is actively serving others and making an impact.

Community partnerships like this are at the heart of what MaDeWater stands for. Whether it’s a church gathering, school function, nonprofit fundraiser, youth sports event, community festival, or emergency relief effort, we believe access to clean bottled water helps every event run a little smoother.

As part of our ongoing commitment to giving back, MaDeWater proudly supports local organizations whenever possible through our community outreach and Philanthropy Friday initiative. We are thankful for every opportunity to serve those who serve others.
